7-1-30: EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES ON STREETS:
It shall be unlawful to erect, maintain, or to cause or allow to be erected or maintained on any street, any air line, air service pipe or hose, air pump, water hydrant or water service of any kind except water hydrants belonging to the city. (2008 Code § 27-33)
