A. Areas Zoned Agricultural: It shall be unlawful to place or maintain any barbed wire fronting on or adjacent to any street, alley or sidewalk except in those areas zoned for agricultural purposes, or as permitted herein.
B. Commercial And Industrial Purposes: In areas zoned for commercial and industrial purposes, barbed wire may be placed more than six feet (6') above the ground when placed in conjunction with a woven wire security fence. (2008 Code § 27-13)
