7-1-19: ERECTION OF POSTS:

It shall be unlawful to erect, maintain, or to cause or allow to be erected or maintained, any signpost or other post or pole for any purpose on any sidewalk, street or alley, except by permission by resolution of the city council. (2008 Code § 27-11)
