7-1-17: REMOVAL OF MATERIALS FROM PUBLIC WAYS AND GROUNDS:
It shall be unlawful to remove or cause to be removed any dirt, sand, stone, rock, tree, shrub, plank, sidewalk, or fence from any street, alley, lot, or ground belonging to the city, without authority from the city council. (2008 Code § 27-8)
