7-1-16: REMOVING OR AVOIDING BARRICADES:
It shall be unlawful to knock down, remove or destroy any barricade erected on any street, alley or public place by the authority of the city, or to drive on or over any curb or parking to pass around such a barricade. (2008 Code § 27-7)
