7-1-9: DUMPING OF MATERIAL AT RECYCLING CENTERS:
No person shall deposit or leave any material, whether recyclable or not, within the confines or adjacent to any city sponsored recycling location when such location is not open and accepting such material. (2008 Code § 27-34)
