7-1-4: STORAGE OF VEHICLES ON CITY STREETS:
   A.   Definition: "Storage" shall be defined as either of the following:
      1.   Leaving a motor vehicle (whether licensed or not) on city streets on a regular (daily) and continual (for periods of time of not less than 15 hours) basis.
      2.   Leaving a motor vehicle (whether licensed or not) on city streets, moving such vehicle only to comply with the criminal requirements of section 6-1-133 of this code.
   B.   Prohibition: In any zoning district where open storage of material is not allowed, no person shall use the city street or right of way for storage of vehicles. (2008 Code § 27-35)
