A. Department Created: There is hereby created a community development department for the city. (2008 Code § 22-25; amd. 2015 Code)
B. Duties And Functions: It shall be the duty and function of the community development department to advise, assist and consult with the city planning and zoning commission in the exercise of its duties and powers and to advise, assist and consult with the council in the formulation and execution of such plans as the council or this chapter shall direct.
