A. For violations by bicyclists under section 6-2-8, "Parking", of this chapter, the scheduled fine is five dollars ($5.00). (2008 Code § 6-11)
B. For violations by bicyclists, or persons riding animals or animal drawn vehicles, of section 6-2-2, "Following Emergency Vehicles", 6-2-3, "Number Of Passengers", 6-2-4, "Acts Constituting Improper Operation", 6-2-5, "Riding In Sidewalks", or 6-2-6, "Riding On Roadways And Bicycle Paths", of this chapter, the scheduled fine is ten dollars ($10.00).
