2-3-10: COUNCIL MEMBERS ATTEND MEETINGS; ASSISTANCE BY CITY OFFICIALS:
   A.   Council Attending Meetings: The members of the council may attend the meetings of the planning and zoning commission for the purpose of study, consultation or discussion of any of the problems coming before the commission.
   B.   Assistance By City Officials: It shall be the duty of all officers and employees of the city to give such aid and assistance to the commission and its members as will enable the commission most effectively to perform its duties, and the clerk and the heads of the departments of the city are hereby authorized and directed to furnish to the commission, upon its request, any records, documents, ordinances, plats, maps, charts or other information which may be in the possession of the clerk or a department and which the commission may need for its consideration in connection with its duties.
