A. The director of community development or the director's designee shall serve as a staff advisor to the planning and zoning commission, shall assist the commission in the performance of its duties, and advise the commission on proposed changes in this code, and compliance by applicants with such code at the time of commission review.
B. The director shall make such city facilities, records, or supplies available as will enable the commission to perform its function. (2008 Code § 22-10)
