2-3-2: QUALIFICATIONS:

All members of the planning and zoning commission shall be citizens and residents of the city and qualified by knowledge or experience to act in matters pertaining to the development and execution of a city plan. No person holding an elective office in the city shall be eligible to appointment upon the commission. (2008 Code § 22-2)
