Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty as set forth in the schedule of civil penalties under City Code 1-4-2. Each day that a municipal infraction occurs and/or is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 05-22, 4-5-2022)
