HEIGHT: See Building, Height for definition of building height. For other cases, height shall be measured as the vertical distance from the established grade to the highest point of a structure as herein defined. Where a building or structure is located on a slope, height shall be measured from the average grade level adjacent to the building or structure.
HOME-BASED BUSINESS/HOME OCCUPATION: An accessory occupational use conducted within a dwelling unit or accessory structure by its inhabitants, which is clearly incidental to the residential use of the dwelling unit or residential structure and does not change the residential character of its site.
