Chapter 2 of this title shall be known as the use types. The purpose of the use types is to establish a classification system for land uses and a consistent set of terms defining uses permitted or conditionally permitted within various zoning districts. The use types section also provides a procedure for determining the applicable use type of any activity not clearly within any defined use type. (Ord. 35-17, 10-17-2017)
