5-7-1: DEFINITIONS:
For purposes of this chapter, the terms "consumer fireworks", "display fireworks", and "novelties" shall have the respective meanings enumerated in Iowa Code section 727.2, which definitions are incorporated by reference. Consumer fireworks do not include "novelties" or "display fireworks" as defined herein. (Ord. 38-17, 11-21-2017)
