A. Composition: There is hereby established a Fire Department which shall consist of a Fire Chief; paid full time officers, firefighters and support staff; and volunteer officers, firefighters, and support staff. (2008 Code § 11-30; amd. 2015 Code)
B. Duties: The duties of the paid personnel shall be prescribed by the position classification ordinance for each specific position. (2008 Code § 11-30)
C. General Procedures: This chapter and the International Fire Code, as amended and adopted, shall provide the general procedures of the Fire Department. (2008 Code § 11-1; amd. Ord. 30-17, 8-1-2017)
