1-5-4: NOTICE OF ELECTION:
The council shall call for a special election by passing a resolution calling therefor. The city clerk shall provide a copy of the resolution to the county commissioner of elections. The county commissioner of elections shall publish notice pursuant to state code. (2008 Code § 9-35)
