Prior to opening or operating any reflexology business within the City, said proposed reflexology business shall obtain a business license from the City. License applications shall be reviewed by the City Clerk, the Police Chief, or a designee, who after considering all of the information provided shall either grant or deny the license. The cost of the license is one hundred dollars ($100.00) annually. (Ord. 10-19, 6-4-2019)
