6-1-404A: LIGHT RESTRICTING DEVICES PROHIBITED:
A person shall not operate a motor vehicle if it is equipped with a device, or has been altered in any way, to restrict the light output of a headlight, taillight, brake light or turn signal. (Ord. 04-17, 4-18-2017)
