6-1-319: ENTERING INTERSECTIONS FROM DIFFERENT HIGHWAYS:
   A.   When two (2) vehicles enter an intersection from different highways or public streets at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right of way to the vehicle on the right.
   B.   The foregoing rule is modified at through highways and otherwise as hereinafter stated in this chapter. (2008 Code § 17-319)
