A. Rules: The driver of a vehicle intending to turn at an intersection, or an intersection into an alley, private road or driveway shall do as follows:
1. Both the approach for a right turn and the right turn shall be made as close as practical to the right hand curb or edge of the roadway.
2. The approach for a left turn from a two-way street into a two-way street shall be made in that portion of the right half of the roadway street nearest the centerline thereof and, after entering the intersection, the left turn shall be made so as to depart from the intersection to the right of the centerline of the roadway being entered.
3. The approach for a left turn from a two-way street into a one-way street shall be made in that portion of the right half of the roadway nearest the centerline thereof and, after entering the intersection, the left turn shall be made so as to depart from the intersection as close as practical to the left hand curb or edge of the roadway being entered.
4. The approach for a left turn from a one-way street into a two-way street shall be made as close as practical to the left hand curb or edge of the roadway and, after entering the intersection, the left turn shall be made so as to depart from the intersection to the right of the centerline of the roadway being entered.
5. The approach for a left turn from a one-way through street into a one-way street shall be made as close as practical to the left hand curb or edge of the roadway and, after entering the intersection, the left turn shall be made so as to depart from the intersection as close as practical to the left hand curb or edge of the roadway being entered.
6. Both the approach for a left turn and the left turn from a two-way street into an alley, driveway or private road shall be made in that portion of the right half of the roadway nearest the centerline thereof.
7. Both the approach for a left turn and the left turn from a one-way street into an alley, driveway or private road shall be made as close as practical to the left hand curb or edge of the roadway.
B. Obey Lane Markings At Specific Intersections: The driver of a vehicle approaching or crossing the following intersections shall obey the lane markings as designated herein:
Barcelona Street and 53rd Avenue:
Approaching Barcelona Street from the west on 53rd Avenue, the right lane shall proceed straight ahead only; the center lane shall proceed straight ahead only; the left lane shall turn left only.
Belmont Road and Devils Glen Road:
Approaching Belmont Road and Maple Glen Drive from the north on Devils Glen Road, the right lane shall either proceed straight ahead or turn right; the left lane shall either proceed straight ahead or turn left.
Approaching Belmont Road and Maple Glen Drive from the south on Devils Glen Road, the right lane shall either proceed straight ahead or turn right; the left lane shall either proceed straight ahead or turn left.
Approaching Devils Glen Road from the east on Belmont Road, the right lane shall either proceed straight ahead or turn right; the left lane shall turn left only.
Approaching Devils Glen Road from the west on Maple Glen Drive, the right lane shall proceed straight ahead, turn left or turn right.
Belmont Road and Middle Road:
Approaching Belmont Road from the northeast on Middle Road, the right lane shall either proceed straight ahead or turn right; the center lane shall proceed straight ahead only; the left lane shall turn left only.
Approaching Belmont Road from the southwest on Middle Road, the right lane shall turn right only; the center lane shall proceed straight ahead only; the left lane shall turn left only.
Approaching Middle Road from the northwest on Belmont Road, the right lane shall either proceed straight ahead or turn right; the left lane shall turn left only.
Approaching Middle Road from the southeast on Belmont Road, the right lane shall either proceed straight ahead or turn right; the two (2) left lanes shall turn left only.
Belmont Road and Ridge Pointe Road:
Approaching Ridge Pointe Road from the northwest on Belmont Road, the right lane shall either proceed straight ahead or turn right; the center lane shall proceed straight ahead only; the left lane shall turn left only.
Crow Creek Park and Devils Glen Road:
Approaching Crow Creek Park south entrance from the north on Devils Glen Road, the right lane shall proceed straight ahead only; and the left lane shall either proceed straight ahead or turn left.
Approaching Crow Creek Park south entrance from the south on Devils Glen Road, the right lane shall either proceed straight ahead or turn right and the left lane shall proceed straight ahead.
Approaching Devils Glen Road from the east on Crow Creek Park south entrance, the right lane shall turn right or turn left.
Crow Creek Road and Middle Road:
Approaching Crow Creek Road from the north on Middle Road, the right lane shall proceed straight ahead or turn right; the left lane shall turn left.
Approaching Crow Creek Road from the south on Middle Road, the right lane shall turn right only; the left lane shall proceed straight ahead or turn left.
Approaching Middle Road from the east on Crow Creek Road, the right lane shall proceed straight ahead or turn right; the left lane shall turn left only.
Crow Creek Road and Moencks Road:
Approaching Moencks Road from the east on Crow Creek Road, the right lane shall proceed straight ahead only; the left lane shall turn left only.
