A. Compliance Required: No driver of a vehicle shall disobey the instructions of any official traffic control device placed in accordance with the provisions of Iowa Code chapter 321, unless at the time otherwise directed by a peace officer subject to the exceptions granted the driver of an authorized emergency vehicle.
B. Certain Intersections: The driver of a vehicle approaching the following intersections shall not be permitted to turn right or to turn left when facing a steady red indication from the traffic signal light controlling vehicular traffic in his lane:
Kimberly Road and Middle Road: Approaching Middle Road from the south on Kimberly Road.
6th Street, River Drive, and South Grant Street: Approaching River Drive and South Grant Street from the north on 6th Street.
