A. No vehicle shall park on the grass, sidewalk, or other area designated and signed as no parking in Leach Park.
B. In the area described as follows:
A parcel of railroad right of way located between 12th and 13th Streets, Bettendorf, Iowa, bordered on the north by Gilbert Street and on the south by main track;
such area being leased to the city for parking lot, no vehicle may park therein, except for vehicles pulling boat trailers. (2008 Code § 17-145)
