6-1-141: FIRE LANES:
   A.   Prohibition: Parking of motor vehicles or otherwise obstructing fire lanes shall be prohibited at all times. (2008 Code § 17-141; amd. 2015 Code)
   B.   Nuisance Declared: Any motor vehicle obstructing or which may obstruct the movement of any emergency vehicle is declared to be a nuisance per se and the motor vehicle shall be removed and impounded. (2008 Code § 17-141)
