A. Restrictions: The locations designated in subsection C of this section shall be designated as commercial loading zones, and within these zones parking shall be prohibited between the designated hours, except that commercial loading is permitted during such time period subject to the restriction that no vehicle shall park in any such loading zone for the purpose of loading and unloading at any one time to exceed fifteen (15) minutes.
B. Signs Posted: Signs indicating the parking limitation shall be placed in appropriate places on the streets to inform the public of the parking limits prescribed by this section. (2008 Code § 17-137)
C. Commercial Loading Zones Designated:
State Street, on the south side, from 55 feet east of the center of 15th Street to a point 90 feet east of the center of 15th Street, 6:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
2244 State Street (1 commercial loading zone parking space 6:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.).
