6-1-126: PRIVATE PREMISES; PENALTY:
   A.   Private Property Of Another Person:
      1.   No person shall, within the city, park or leave unattended any vehicle on premises to which any other person has the right or possession.
      2.   Every person convicted of violating subsection A1 of this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than five dollars ($5.00).
   B.   Private Property Within Commercial Or Industrial Zoning District:
      1.   No person shall park or leave unattended any vehicle on private property located within a commercial or industrial zoning district without the consent of the owner where the owner of said property has posted signs approved by the chief of police which meet the following conditions:
         a.   The signs shall be at least twenty four inches (24") high and thirty six inches (36") wide.
         b.   The signs shall state that parking thereon without the consent of the owner is a violation of the city ordinance.
         c.   The signs shall state that the fine for violation of this subsection B is twenty dollars ($20.00).
      2.   Every person convicted of violating subsection B1 of this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty dollars ($20.00). (2008 Code § 17-126)
