6-1-3: PROMISE TO APPEAR IN LIEU OF BAIL:
In lieu of bail, a Magistrate may release a person arrested for a violation of this chapter, upon the arrestee's written promise to appear in court for trial at the time and place designated by the Magistrate. (2008 Code § 17-3)
