6-1-1: DEFINITIONS OF WORDS AND PHRASES:
   A.   The words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the same meanings ascribed in Iowa Code chapter 321, 2013, or as thereafter amended.
   B.   All references to the Iowa Code shall refer to the 2013 enacted version thereof, or as subsequently amended. (2008 Code § 17-1; amd. 2015 Code)
