A. Streets, Public Places: It shall be unlawful to leave any motor vehicle kept for hire parked or standing on any street, alley or public place, except for the purpose of loading and unloading, and then only so long as is necessary for loading and unloading, not to exceed ten (10) minutes at any one time.
B. Private Property: All such vehicles kept for hire, when not actually in use carrying or loading or unloading passengers or freight, shall stand on private property. (2008 Code § 30-2)
