12-1-7: ACCEPTANCE OF STREET DEDICATIONS:
No street in any subdivision that has been approved by the council after July 18, 1967, shall be officially accepted by the council for the improvement and maintenance thereof until the minimum improvements required by this title have been made either by the subdivider or by the abutting property owners except as provided for in subsection 12-1-4B of this chapter. (2008 Code § 28-7)
