Any renovation to an existing mobile home or manufactured home will require a renovation permit from the City Building Inspector.
(A) The renovation permit will require the mobile home or manufactured home to conform to the above regulations set forth in § 152.06.
(B) The manufactured home shall include the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems required by the City of Bethany.
(C) The manufactured home shall be installed on a temporary or permanent foundation system and the home shall be properly connected to the foundation by an anchoring system.
(D) The manufactured home shall provide skirting at the bottom of the home to conceal the foundation system and piping systems.
