(A) It shall be the duty of the building mover, at the time of filing his or her application, to notify all public utility companies affected by the move, in writing, by mailing to the utility company a copy of the application for a moving permit, showing the route to be taken and the estimated time of the movement or removal. Copies of such notice shall be sent to the City Clerk before movement is approved.
(B) The receipt of the notice shall not place any duty upon the utility company, except as provided in § 150.104.
