§ 150.104 INTERFERENCE WITH TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND WIRES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Notwithstanding any moving permit that may be issued, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation engaged in moving any building within the limits of the city to touch, move, cut, molest, or in any way interfere with any traffic-control devices, signal wires, or any telephone, telegraph, electric line, facility located on any street, alley way, easement, or to move any building along any street when the building is of a height that will not adequately clear all traffic-control devices, signal wires, telephone, telegraph, electric lines, or utility facilities located on any street, alley, or easement.
   (B)   The person having control of or owning any devices, signal wires, telephone, telegraph, electric lines, or facility shall, after reasonable notice and upon prepayment of the cost, remove, raise or rearrange the utility facility to provide clearance for the house, building, or structure provided that the removal, raising, rearranging, or arranging can be accomplished without materially interfering with the public utility service supplied by that facility.
