§ 133.02 THROWING INJURIOUS SUBSTANCES.

It is unlawful for any person to purposely or premeditatedly put or throw upon the person or property of another or upon any animal, any acid, corrosive, other irritating or harmful substance or human or animal waste or urine, with intent to injure or harass the person, property or animal.
