§ 96.02 JUNK YARDS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      JUNK YARD. A storage yard or building for the use of carrying on the occupation or business of buying brass, copper, iron, rubber and leather belting, junk automobiles and other items commonly known as junk.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep or maintain a junk yard or junk storage yard in the city unless the same is enclosed by a board or picket fence, with pickets four inches wide with not more than one-inch openings between pickets, at least eight feet high, which fence shall be at all times kept painted and in good repair.
