The City Manager, as manager of the cemetery, shall cause to be kept complete and accurate records of all transactions of the cemetery and receipts for all moneys received. He or she shall cause a complete report of the records of the cemetery to be furnished to the Trustees in the month of January and July of each year. In each report, he or she shall apportion the net proceeds received from the sum total and make proper credit to each of the separate funds assigned in trust.
