§ 93.06 OTHER NUISANCES DEFINED.
   In addition to those specific acts and things designated to be a nuisance in §§ 93.02 through 93.05, a nuisance shall include the unlawful doing an act or omitting to perform a duty which act or omission either:
   (A)   Hurts, annoys, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health or safety of others;
   (B)   Unlawfully interferes with, obstruct or tends to obstruct or renders dangerous for use or passage, and public park, square, street, alley or highway;
   (C)   In any way renders other persons insecure in life or in the use of property; or
   (D)   Endangers public water supply or the public sewerage disposal system.
