§ 72.18 APPLICATION OF STANDING OR PARKING REGULATIONS.

The provisions of this chapter shall not be applicable when it is necessary for a vehicle to stop to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with law or the directions of a police officer or official traffic-control device.
