§ 70.074 HAZARDOUS OR CONGESTED PLACES; RESTRICTIONS.
   The Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized to determine and regulate, by proper signs, the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles when the stopping, standing or parking would create an especially hazardous condition or would cause unusual delay to traffic.
