§ 70.065 DESIGNATION OF RESTRICTED TURNS.
   (A)   The Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized to determine those street intersections at which drivers of vehicles:
      (1)   Shall not make right or left turns;
      (2)   May be permitted to make a U-turn on streets not equipped with divider strips; and
      (3)   May be prohibited from making a U- turn at specific intersections on streets having divider strips.
   (B)   The determinations of the Traffic Engineer shall specify each intersection or location affected, the particular restriction or relaxation of prohibitions applicable thereto and the hours of applicability.
   (C)   Each intersection or location regulated under this section shall be plainly marked with signs indicating the regulations and the hours applicable, if any.
