(A) For persons arrested for violation of municipal traffic regulations who are ineligible for any reason for release under the provisions of the State and Municipal Traffic Bail Bond Procedure Act the Judge of the Municipal Court shall establish a bail bond schedule for traffic offenses, and the amount of the bail shall not exceed the maximum fine provided for each offense.
(B) (1) A person shall be entitled to be released from custody upon posting the appropriate bail bond for each charge.
(2) The Judge of the Municipal Court is hereby authorized to formulate rules for the receipt of bail and for release of persons arrested on personal recognizance.
