§ 70.006 PUSHCARTS OR ANIMAL-DRAWN VEHICLES.

Every person operating any pushcart or riding any animal upon a roadway, and every person driving any animal-drawn vehicle, shall be subject to provisions of this title applicable to the driving of any vehicle, except the provisions of this title which, by their very nature, would have no application.
