§ 159.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person, firm or corporation to locate a PTSU on property or deliver a PTSU to property in the city without the necessary permit required under this chapter.
   (B)   A violation of this chapter shall constitute an offense punishable by a fine, not to exceed $500 plus court costs. Each day a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
