§ 159.04 PROHIBITED.
   (A)   A PTSU is not allowed on a vacant residential property unless a house is under construction.
   (B)   A PTSU at a residence may not exceed 8.5 feet in height or more than 260 square feet in floor area.
   (C)   Rail cars, semi-trailers, and similar structures may not be used for temporary or permanent storage on parcels containing a dwelling.
   (D)   A PTSU may not be converted to permanent structures.
   (E)   Signs on a PTSU may not violate any applicable sign regulations.
