§ 158.009 SEVERABILITY.
   If any portion of this zoning ordinance are held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the portion is to be deemed severed from the zoning ordinance and in no way affects or diminishes the validity of the reminder of the zoning ordinance.
