§ 157.32 DRIVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS, APRONS AND APPROACHES; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   Before any driveway, apron or approach shall be installed over that portion of the street including the city's right-of-way easement, a permit must be obtained from the City Clerk with the approval of the City Engineer. The application for the driveway, apron or approach shall be accompanied by the details, plans, profiles, specifications and estimate of cost thereof. The construction of the driveway, apron or approach shall conform to the specification approved by the City Council for paving of streets. The permit shall be issued only to a licensed contractor.
   (B)   Before the permit provided for in this section may be issued, the applicant shall pay an inspection fee as required for paving streets. In no event, however, shall the inspection fee be less than $5.
