Prior to issuance of the work order, the contractor shall provide the city with a certificate of liability insurance coverage in the amounts not less than provided in the State Political Subdivision Tort Claims Act. The contractor shall further provide the city a certificate of workmen's compensation insurance in amounts complying with state law.
