Before a work order is issued, there shall be paid to the city an inspection fee as established and amended by the City Council from time to time by resolution with the fees currently being as follows:
0 to $2,000: | 6.9% of construction cost |
2,001 to $5,000: | 6.3% of construction cost |
5,001 to $10,000: | 5.5% of construction cost |
10,001 to $25,000: | 4.9% of construction cost |
25,001 to $50,000: | 4.1% of construction cost |
Greater than $50,000: | 3.5% of construction costs |
