§ 12.01 PRIMARY ELECTION DATES.
   Pursuant to the authority of the City Charter § 6-10, and applicable provisions of the Oklahoma Statutes the date for primary elections for Council Members and Mayor are established as the second Tuesday in February in the years set forth in the Charter for those elections.
